What began six years ago at Fontys in Eindhoven has since grown into a successful event that attracts thousands of participants every year. The Eindhoven edition is a large-scale event that brings together an average of more than 200 companies and over 2,000 students in a dynamic environment. Since 2025, the event has been further strengthened through close collaboration with Summa, enabling vocational students to actively participate and making the talent pool even broader and more diverse.

The event is designed as a dynamic exhibition floor where companies have their booths and engage directly with talented students. Following the event, there is an informal networking reception for companies, ideal for deepening relationships and sharing experiences.
